How to make Honey-Caramel Banana Crumble Cups

Ingredients:
For the fruit base:

  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • A pinch of cinnamon

For the crumble topping:

  • ½ cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons desiccated coconut (optional)

Method:

  1. Prepare the bananas: Heat butter in a small pan. Add sliced bananas, honey, sugar, and cinnamon. Cook gently for 2–3 minutes until soft and glossy.
  2. Make the crumble: In a bowl, rub flour, butter, and sugar together with your fingers until crumbly. Mix in coconut if using.

  4. Bake: Bake at 180°C for 15–18 minutes until the crumble turns lightly golden.
