Pop powerhouse Jessie J didn’t just dazzle the Strictly Come Dancing ballroom — she lit up the stage with a live performance of her brand-new single Living My Best Life, which is out now. With powerhouse vocals and undeniable stage presence, she had the audience on their feet during the show’s sparkling season launch.
The hit dance series made its much-anticipated return for the 23rd season with a glittering launch show on 20 September 2025 on BBC One, and Jessie J was front and centre, delivering a show-stopping performance to kick things off in style.
Adding to the fun, Jessie gave fans a peek behind the scenes with a video posted to Instagram, where she’s seen goofing around with judges Motsi Mabuse, Craig Revel Horwood, Shirley Ballas, and Anton Du Beke. The group broke into a playful sing-along of Jessie’s hit Price Tag — complete with funny faces and all the good vibes.

Jessie J’s new song, Living My Best Life
Taking to Instagram, Jessie J shared a heartfelt post celebrating the release of her latest single Living My Best Life. She also took a moment to thank the entire Strictly Come Dancing team — from the crew and judges to the contestants — for making her performance such a special experience.
This is how she penned her gratitude message:
“A little @bbcstrictly recap! Thank YOU to my team on and off stage, to the audience, the Strictly crew the judges and this years contestants. Amazing!
BUT to the dancers who danced with me. You were so special, and it took all of my brain power not to just stop singing and watch you. Just phenomenal. My song Living my best life is out now and my album DON’T TEASE ME WITH A GOOD TIME is available for pre order. Both links in bio,” she wrote.
