The Like A Boy hitmaker recently celebrated her 40th birthday in true Ciara fashion — surrounded by close family and friends, keeping it intimate yet undeniably glamorous. And of course, her signature beauty and style were front and center.

But here’s the sweetest part — the entire surprise celebration was planned by her husband, NFL star Russell Wilson, who’s been her biggest cheerleader since they tied the knot in 2016.

The couple, who are now proud parents of four, are clearly living their best family life. Their newest addition, daughter Amora Princess Wilson, arrived in December 2023, joining siblings Future Zahir (born 2014, from Ciara’s previous relationship with rapper Future), Sienna Princess (2017), and Win Harrison (2020).

Not one to keep all the love to herself, Ciara shared a glimpse of her surprise bash on Instagram — posting cute clips and photos from the night.

In her caption, she thanked Russell for pulling off the unforgettable celebration, writing:

“Baby thank you for always making me feel on top of the world and for throwing the best surprise birthday party! You always make every moment for me, big or small, feel special and important! You are the best!! I love you soooooo much,” she wrote.

Then she also added these words:

“I have never felt more alive, more grounded, or more ready for what God’s about to do in my life! 40s really are the new 20s… but with a little extra wisdom, grace, and power. Grateful for all I have accomplished, every lesson, every blessing, and every step that’s led me here. The next 20 will be even better! Excited for what’s to come. Let’s go!,” she wrote.
