WATCH: Katy Perry blows out her candles as she turns 41

Another year around the sun for American pop superstar Katy Perry, who just celebrated turning 41—and she did it in true Katy style.

The milestone birthday comes after an incredible run in her career. With more than 151 million records sold worldwide, the I Kissed a Girl singer remains one of the best-selling music artists of all time.

Currently, Katy is in the midst of her Lifetimes Tour, which has been lighting up stages across Europe this October. After a show in Berlin on 21 October, she now took the celebration to Paris, where the tour is continuing until 5 November, 2025.

Taking a moment to share the joy with fans, Katy posted a video on Instagram showing her surrounded by her team in Paris, smiling as she blew out the candles on her birthday cake.

Back to Katy being Katy—and yes, looking absolutely stunning for the camera—the pop star also treated fans to a few gorgeous snaps of herself in a sleek, figure-hugging red dress that perfectly accentuated her best features.
