The highly anticipated The Boy Is Mine Tour made waves in Washington, DC, as fans packed Capital One Arena on 30 November, 2025, to see R&B legends Brandy and Monica reunite on stage for the first time in decades.

The co-headlining tour, named after their iconic 1998 duet, brought together longtime fans and a new generation of listeners, proving that these voices still resonate across generations. Supporting acts included Kelly Rowland, Muni Long, and American Idol winner Jamal Roberts, creating a night that celebrated both nostalgia and fresh talent.

The tour’s first shows quickly sold out, filling arenas with thousands of fans eager to sing along to the hits that defined the late ’90s. Social media buzzed with praise for the show’s vibrant production, infectious energy, and the electric chemistry between Brandy and Monica — who fans have now affectionately dubbed “Bronica,” blending their names into one iconic duo.
