Goooood morning, good morning, good moooorning!
Howzit my beautiful humans—my people, my comfort zone?
Quick check-in… are we ready for the Back to School madness tomorrow, or are we choosing denial today?
No matter what kind of season we are in—happy days, hard days, tired days, or “I need a break” days—we always meet right here. And somehow, every time, we leave feeling a little lighter, a little fuller, and a lot more okay. You already know how we do, maan.
Today’s dish is as simple as it is comforting: Gentle Garlic Chicken Livers with Soft Onions. Now let me confess—chicken livers have my whole heart. But dry, overcooked ones? Absolutely not.
That’s a pain we don’t need. So we are handling them with care, love, and just the right amount of play to keep them tender and juicy.
So grab a chair, lean in, and let me show you how to make this cosy little plate of goodness—and what to pair it with.

- Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
