“I Love You” — Selena Gomez pens a sweet message for Taylor Swift

Selena Gomez and Taylor Swift have one of those rare friendships that everyone wishes they had—and honestly, it’s goals.

The duo have been inseparable for 17 years, first crossing paths back in 2008 over a casual dinner. Back then, both were dating the Jonas Brothers, but while those romances didn’t stick, their bond sure did—and it’s only grown stronger. They are so close now, they even show up for each other’s weddings!

Speaking of weddings, Selena recently tied the knot with American producer and songwriter Benny Blanco on 27 September, 2025, in sunny Southern California. Of course, Taylor was right there, cheering her on.

She gave fans a peek behind the scenes on Instagram, sharing a sweet video of her getting ready, with Taylor absolutely gushing over her as the ultimate bestie.

And with Taylor’s new album The Life of a Showgirl which dropped on 3 October, 2025, Selena made sure to celebrate it, posting a cute message and some adorable pic with Taylor to honour the release.
