Hello fammmm and welcome to the Friday edition of our very serious, extremely important, cannot-be-missed daily food meeting.
Now listen closely, my beautiful people. My ride-or-dies. My sunshine on a cloudy day. My “what’s for food?” motivation to wake up every morning.TODAY… in this house… we are doing something we have NEVER DONE BEFORE.
Okay okay okay—relax!
We have done it before… but back then it was all sweets and snacks.
But today? Today we level up.
Today we introduce the Easy Friday Family Platter.
This platter is for my fellow food lovers, my “I’m tired, it’s Friday, don’t ask me questions” people, and anyone who believes cooking should be easy, fun, and slightly lazy. The best part? You can remix it, personalise it, and make it your own—no rules, no stress, no pressure.
So right now, I’m going to show you how I make mine… and then I will show you how you can make it yours.
Deal?
Yay—let’s get into it!
