Hey hey, Happy Thursday!
Let’s take a second to be grateful for another beautiful day… and then immediately find some shade, because this heat is OUT OF CONTROL!
Yesterday, we threw down a recipe for homemade ice cream with avo to cool off — but clearly, the sun didn’t get the message. So today, my friend, we are still fighting the heat, but this time we are switching things up.
We are making Frozen Yogurt Bark — cool, creamy, crunchy, and crazy easy to make. No churning. No drama. Just freeze-and-snack magic.
And yes, you know me — I’m all about recipes that taste amazing without sacrificing your health goals. This one’s no exception.
Why you are going to love this Frozen Yogurt Bark:
*High in protein – thanks to Greek yogurt, it keeps you full and satisfied.
*Loaded with antioxidants – top it with berries, nuts, seeds… the more color, the better.
*Great for digestion – yogurt is a natural probiotic powerhouse.
*Naturally sweetened – skip the sugar rush with honey or maple syrup.
*Perfect for meal prep – make a batch, freeze it, snack happy all week.
*Kid-friendly & customisable – let the little ones decorate their own bark!
So… you in?
Let’s chill. Let’s snack. Let’s do this!
