How to make Mango–Lime Chicken Skillet
Serves: 2–3
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced into strips
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional garnish: fresh coriander or parsley
Method:
- Cook the chicken: Heat olive oil in a pan. Season chicken strips with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Sear until lightly golden and cooked through.
- Add aromatics: Add the sliced red onion and sauté until soft and fragrant.

- Finish with brightness: Add honey and lime juice. Let everything bubble for 1–2 minutes until glossy.
