Looking for a salad that’s as easy as it is extra? Meet your new go-to: the Marinated avocado and cherry tomato salad.
It’s bright, juicy, creamy, and just a little bit fancy—without actually trying. Think of it as the salad version of that effortlessly cool friend who somehow always brings the perfect dish to the picnic.
With every bite, you get the silky richness of ripe avocado, the burst of sweetness from cherry tomatoes, and a zippy, herb-packed marinade that ties it all together like a flavour hug. It’s the kind of dish that makes you feel like you really have your life together, even if you are just throwing it together between Zoom calls or raiding the fridge at 9 p.m.
It works as a side, a starter, or even a light lunch all on its own. Spoon it over toast, pair it with grilled chicken, or just eat it straight from the bowl—we won’t judge. It’s light enough to keep things breezy, bold enough to wake up your taste buds, and simple enough to make on repeat.
