Hey fam! Can you believe it? We are standing at the finish line of 2025—December 31st!
By God’s grace, we have made it through the rollercoaster of a year—twists, turns, unexpected drops, and all. And honestly, we couldn’t have done it without you.
This is the day for reflection, for remembering the laughs, the lessons, and maybe the moments we wish we could hit “undo” on. Some of us are already jotting down resolutions (yes, the ones we might actually keep).
From all of us here at Africa Jamz FM News, we want to say THANK YOU. Truly, from the bottom of our hearts.
Your love, your support, your constant presence—it’s what kept us motivated, valued, and, let’s be honest, sane. You aren’t just our readers—you are part of this journey, our extended family, our reason to keep showing up.
So my last treat for you for the year is our Overnight Berry Yoghurt Delight. Think of it like the chill, fruity cousin of our Overnight Oats—super simple to make tonight, ready for you in the morning, and packed with yum.
So, as 2025 takes its final bow, these are my final words: I love you guys. Stay safe. Groove safe. Travel safe. And definitely eat safe.
How to make Overnight Berry Yoghurt Delight
Serves: 1–2
Ingredients:
- 1½ cups plain or vanilla yoghurt
- ½ cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ¼ tsp vanilla essence
- 2 tbsp crushed biscuits or granola (optional crunch layer)
Method:
- Mix the base: In a bowl, mix yoghurt, honey, vanilla, and chia seeds until smooth.( You don’t have to base it like I did).
- Layer: Spoon a layer of yoghurt into a jar or bowl. Add a layer of berries. Repeat until finished.
- Top (optional): Sprinkle crushed biscuits or granola on top.
- Chill overnight: Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 6 hours).
- Eat straight from the fridge: No cooking, no morning prep.
