Okay okay… I was about to start with a “Happy Tuesday!” but let’s be real—this heat is something else, right?
When the weather’s this hot, the big question is: what should we even eat? A full meal feels way too heavy. A snack? Meh, not quite enough. What we really need is something light, refreshing, and still good for us—something that actually gives us energy instead of dragging us down.
So today, I went with that last option. And trust me, you are gonna want to try this:
The Tropical Avo Smoothie.
It’s creamy, fruity, and full of the good stuff your body’s craving in this weather.
Here’s why you will love it:
*Avocado – gives it that smooth, rich texture and healthy fats to keep you full.
*Mango – Boosts your immune system with loads of vitamin C.
*Coconut milk – Hydrates and gives creamy tropical vibes.
*Granadilla – Adds a tangy hit and supports digestion.
*Lime juice – Brightens the flavour and your skin with vitamin C.
*Ice – Cools you down and keeps you refreshed.
*Honey – Natural sweetness with a gentle energy lift.
*Mint leaves – Soothes your tummy and freshens every sip
So, are you tempted enough to give it a try? I have got the recipe coming up next!
