Happy Monday Fam!

Ah ah… here we are again. Monday has arrived with confidence, meanwhile the weekend left us like a thief in the night.

One minute you are enjoying your peace, the next thing your alarm is screaming at you like you owe it money. Honestly, weekends are starting to feel like those “30-minute lunch breaks” they give at school .

But I hope you all had a beautiful weekend, fam. Now that I’m finally here, you already know what time it is — the kitchen office is officially open, attendance has been taken, and our daily food meeting can now begin.

Now introducing today’s VIP, our celebrity guest, the one and only: Asanda’s Creamy Fire Soup.

Fam, when I woke up this morning, the cold said, “Good morning.” Yoh. And at that time, my flu and I are currently in a toxic relationship. The funniest part? I’m actually a winter baby. I was born in winter. You would think my season would respect me a little bit. But no. Winter looked at me and said, “You thought we were friends?”

So there I was, wrapped in blankets like a burrito, fighting for my life dramatically, and I thought: “I know am not the only one suffering alone in this household. We all deserve something warm, creamy, and capable of healing the body” And just like that… today’s masterpiece was born.

Oh, and before anyone asks — when you make this soup at home, you absolutely do NOT have to call it Asanda’s Creamy Fire Soup. Please feel free to rename it after yourself so it can taste extra special. Imagine saying, “Today we are having Thando’s Healing Pot of Happiness.” That’s beautiful. Unless, of course, you love me deeply and want to keep my name there… which I fully support, LOL.

Anyway fam, before I start giving motivational speeches instead of recipes, let me take you through this deliciousness step by step:
