How to make Cheesy Stuffed Meatball Bombs with Garlic Butter Bread Ingredients:For the meatballs: 500 g beef mince 1 small onion, finely grated 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 egg ½ cup breadcrumbs 1 tsp smoked paprika 1 tsp dried oregano ½ tsp black pepper Salt to taste 100 g cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes Garlic Butter Bread: 1 French loaf or 4 bread rolls 3 tbsp butter, softened 2 cloves garlic, crushed 1 tbsp chopped parsley Sweet Chilli Glaze: ¼ cup sweet chilli sauce 1 tbsp tomato sauce (ketchup) 1 tsp honey 1 tsp soy sauce Method: Combine the beef mince, onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, paprika, oregano, black pepper, and salt in a bowl. Divide the mixture into equal portions. Press one cube of cheddar into the center of each portion and seal the meat around it, forming large meatballs.
