How to make Sticky Meatball Cheese Flatbread Ingredients: 2 flatbreads or pita breads 250g mince 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs ½ teaspoon garlic powder Salt & black pepper 1 tablespoon oil 1 cup grated cheese Sauce: 2 tablespoons tomato sauce 1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce 1 teaspoon soy sauce 1 teaspoon honey Method: Make the meatballs: Mix mince, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Roll into small meatballs. Cook them: Heat oil in a pan and cook meatballs until browned and cooked through.
