Happy Sunday, family! Hallelujah!

I hope everyone is having a beautiful, peaceful Sunday and enjoying the last little crumbs of the weekend. You know how Sundays are—they are basically designed for slowing down, breathing a little deeper, and giving your body permission to relax before Monday starts knocking on the door.

Now that the chairperson of today’s very serious and extremely important meeting has officially arrived (yes, that’s me…), we can finally begin with today’s agenda.

First item on the list… something sweet.
Second item on the list… something fluffy.
Third item on the list… something that will make your taste buds stand up and shout hallelujah.

Our VIP guest for today is the one and only Cinnamon Apple Cloud Pancake.

Because honestly, just like yesterday, today calls for something light, sweet, and a little bit special. It’s the weekend after all! This is the time to treat yourself, spoil your taste buds, and enjoy food that feels like a warm hug.

So before my sweet tooth starts harrasing me, let me show you how to make this heavenly little dessert. Trust me—you are going to fall in love with it… almost as much as your husband, your crush, your fiancé… and the way God loves you. Yes, it’s that serious! LOL!

Alright family, let’s get into it!

How to make Cinnamon Apple Cloud Pancake

Ingredients:
For the apples:

  • 2 apples, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon honey

For the pancake batter:

  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Method:

  1. Prepare the apples: In a small pan, melt the butter. Add apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and honey. Cook for about 4–5 minutes until the apples soften and become glossy.
  2. Preheat the oven: Heat your oven to 190°C and lightly grease a small baking dish or skillet.
  3. Make the batter: Whisk eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, and salt together. Add flour and whisk until smooth.
  4. Assemble: Spread the warm cinnamon apples in the bottom of the baking dish. Pour the pancake batter gently over the apples.
  5. Bake: Bake for 18–22 minutes until the pancake rises and turns lightly golden.

    Finishing touches (optional but amazing)
    Serve warm with:

    *A dusting of icing sugar
*A drizzle of honey or maple syrup
*A spoon of cream or vanilla ice cream
