Mayonie Productions has officially welcomed award-winning South African singer, songwriter and performer Moonchild Sanelly to its artist roster.

The company will represent the genre-defying artist for bookings across South Africa and the African continent.

Known for her fearless creativity, distinctive visual identity and electrifying live performances, Moonchild Sanelly has carved out a unique space within South Africa’s music landscape and established herself as an internationally recognised performer.

Her Sound. Her Identity. Her Global Stage

Her signature sound, which she describes as “Future Ghetto Funk,” draws from a dynamic mix of electronic music, gqom, amapiano, alternative pop and broader African club influences. It is a sound that reflects her unapologetic artistic identity while continuing to push the boundaries of contemporary African music.

Over the years, Moonchild Sanelly has taken her music and high-energy performances from some of South Africa’s biggest stages to international audiences and platforms, building a career firmly rooted in South African culture, sound and identity while connecting with audiences around the world.
