Hello my people! As we begin a new week, I want to speak directly to those who may be carrying burdens that no one else can see. Some of us are battling stress, anxiety, depression, emotional exhaustion, grief, disappointment, or silent struggles that have weighed heavily on your hearts for far too long. You may have become so accustomed to carrying the weight that you have forgotten what it feels like to experience peace. If that describes where you are today, I want you to know that this message is for you. Beyond the lies of pain One of the most dangerous things about pain is that it often changes the way we see ourselves. It whispers lies into our hearts and minds. It tells us that we are not enough, that our situation will never change, that our mistakes define us, and that our struggles have somehow diminished our worth. The longer we suffer, the louder those voices can become. Yet no matter how convincing they sound, they do not speak the truth about who you are. What God says about your worth The truth is that you matter more than what your pain tells you. Your value is not determined by your circumstances, your setbacks, your diagnosis, your failures, or the battles you are currently facing. Your worth was established by God long before you encountered any of these difficulties. You are his creation, deeply loved, carefully formed, and precious in his sight. Nothing you are experiencing today can change that truth. When heaven seems silent Life can sometimes place us in seasons that seem impossible to understand. There are moments when we pray and answers do not come as quickly as we hoped. There are days when we feel emotionally drained, spiritually exhausted, and mentally overwhelmed. During those times, it is easy to wonder where God is. Yet some of the most beautiful stories in scripture were written in seasons of uncertainty, waiting, hardship, and pain. God has always done some of his greatest work in the lives of people who felt weak, discouraged, and broken. When no one understands, God still does If you are struggling today, remember that God sees every part of your journey. He sees the tears you cry in private. He sees the worries that keep you awake at night. He sees the courage it takes to keep moving forward when every step feels difficult. Even when others cannot understand what you are carrying, God understands completely. He is not distant from your suffering. One more step of faith This Monday, I encourage you not to surrender to the voice of despair. Instead, hold on to the promises of God. Hold on to hope even if it feels small. Hold on to faith even when you cannot see the entire path ahead. Sometimes victory does not come through giant leaps; sometimes it comes through taking one more step, praying one more prayer, and choosing to believe one more day that God is working even when you cannot yet see the evidence. God often sends help through people If you are feeling overwhelmed, please remember that seeking support is a sign of wisdom and courage. God often works through people, through community, through counselors, through friends, and through those he places in our lives to help us carry our burdens. You were never meant to fight every battle alone. Walking into a week of renewed strength No matter what challenges await you this week, never forget that you matter. You matter to your family. You matter to the people whose lives you touch. Most importantly, you matter to God. May this Monday be the beginning of renewed strength, restored hope, and deeper faith. Have a blessed and hopeful week ahead. HAVE YOU READ THIS ONE?: Don’t Give Up on God as He Won’t Give Up on You. Think of How Far You Have Come in Life, Would You Be Here if God Gave Up on You?
