Three-time Grammy Award-winning R&B star Ne-Yo is officially heading back to South Africa this October, and fans are already flooding social media with excitement ahead of the highly anticipated shows.

The international hitmaker will perform at Cape Town’s Grand Arena, GrandWest on Saturday, 17 October, followed by a second show at SunBet Arena in Pretoria on Sunday, 18 October 2026, as part of his global tour.

Known for a catalogue of timeless R&B hits including So Sick, Sexy Love, Closer, Because of You and Miss Independent, Ne-Yo’s return marks one of the most anticipated live music announcements of the year for South African audiences.

Beyond his solo success, Ne-Yo has also shaped global pop and R&B through songwriting for artists such as Rihanna and Beyoncé, and continues to evolve his sound with new projects, including his upcoming country-inspired album Highway 79.
