How to make Sticky BBQ Beef and Onion Loaded Buns Ingredients: 400g beef strips (or thinly sliced beef) 4 burger buns or rolls 1 large onion, sliced 2 tablespoons oil Salt & black pepper Sauce: 3 tablespoons tomato sauce 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 tablespoon honey 1 teaspoon vinegar (or lemon juice) ½ teaspoon paprika 1 clove garlic, minced Method: Cook the onions: Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan. Add sliced onions and cook slowly for 6–8 minutes until soft and slightly caramelised. Remove and set aside. Cook the beef: In the same pan, add remaining oil. Add beef strips, season with salt and pepper, and cook on high heat until browned.
