Now, let me show you how to bring this superstar to life! How to make Sticky Honey-Garlic Salmon Bites with Sesame Cucumber Crunch Serves: 2Ingredients:For the salmon: 300–350 g salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized cubes 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp honey 1 tbsp soy sauce 2 garlic cloves, finely minced 1 tsp lemon juice ½ tsp paprika Black pepper 1 tsp sesame seeds 1 spring onion, finely sliced For the cucumber crunch: 1 cucumber, thinly sliced 1 tbsp rice vinegar or lemon juice 1 tsp honey A pinch of salt ½ tsp sesame seeds Method: Prepare the cucumber salad: Place the cucumber in a bowl. Add the vinegar or lemon juice, honey, salt and sesame seeds. Toss gently and set aside while you prepare the salmon. Season the salmon: Pat the salmon cubes dry. Sprinkle with paprika and black pepper. Make the glaze: In a small bowl, mix the honey, soy sauce, garlic and lemon juice. Cook the salmon: Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the salmon cubes in a single layer. Cook for approximately 2–3 minutes per side, turning gently until golden and cooked through. Add the sticky magic: Reduce the heat. Pour the honey-garlic mixture over the salmon and gently toss for 1–2 minutes until the sauce becomes glossy and coats the pieces. Make sure the salmon is cooked through; it should reach 63°C internally. Finish and serve: Sprinkle with sesame seeds and spring onion.Serving suggestion:*Serve alongside the refreshing cucumber salad. You can add steamed rice if you want a more filling meal.HAVE YOU TRIED THIS RECIPE?: Todays’ Tasty Pick: Lemon-Butter Gnocchi with Sweet Peas Post navigation Todays’ Tasty Pick: Lemon-Butter Gnocchi with Sweet Peas
