Happy Thirst-Day, my people!

First things first—if you woke up today, stretched, and did not hear anything crack… congratulations, you’re still young. The rest of us? We move like expired breadsticks, but we thank God anyway for this beautiful day he gifted us!

Now that I have finally arrived (yes, the meeting can officially begin), please hold your phones and direct your attention to today’s very serious, very important food briefing.

Today’s main character is: Toasted Muesli Yogurt Bark.

Listen… this morning I woke up confused. Not emotionally—just hungry and slightly dramatic. I wanted something easy, something that does not ask me 45 questions before becoming food. Something that says, “I’m here for breakfast, lunch, dinner… and your 2am life crisis.” And just like that—BOOM—today’s star was born.

Now let me be honest with you: this recipe is not a strict parent. It’s a cool aunt. You can do whatever you want with it. Add, remove, remix—this is your kitchen, not a courtroom.

Alright, enough talking before we all faint from hunger. Let me show you how to make this dangerously snackable masterpiece that fits into any time of the day—even those “I’m not hungry but I’m eating anyway” moments.

How to make Toasted Muesli Yogurt Bark

Ingredients:

  • 1½ cups plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ½ cup muesli
  • ½ banana, sliced
  • A few strawberries, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon raisins or dried fruit
  • 1 tablespoon crushed nuts

Method:

  1. Prepare the yogurt: In a bowl, mix yogurt and honey until smooth.
  2. Spread it out: Pour the yogurt mixture onto a tray or flat plate lined with baking paper.
    Spread into a thick rectangle.
  3. Add toppings:
    Sprinkle over:

    *Muesli
    *Banana
    *Strawberries
    *Raisins
    *Nuts
    Press them in lightly.
  4. Freeze: Freeze for about 3–4 hours until firm.
  5. Break into pieces: Once frozen, break into rough bark-like pieces.

    Extra tip:
Drizzle a little melted peanut butter on top before freezing if you want it even richer
