And for those who normally look at avocado like it personally offended them, please come even CLOSER because today’s pizza might just convert you completely. One bite and suddenly you will be questioning why you spend so much money on takeaways when you can make something this good at home.

This pizza is giving everything it’s supposed to give — cheesy, crispy, pepperoni goodness with that smooth avo magic on top.

So, are we ready to bring today’s masterpiece to life? Because as for me… my pizza is already sitting there looking beautiful and calling my name like we made plans together.

So let me show you step by step how to make the pizza that’s about to become your new favourite obsession!

How to make Quick Pepperoni Avo Pizza

Makes: 1
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 125 ml (½ cup) tomato purée
  • 2.5 ml (½ tsp) garlic powder
  • 2.5 ml (½ tsp) fresh oregano, finely chopped + extra
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 large store-bought pizza base
  • ½ x 300 g ball mozzarella, grated
  • 20 small pepperoni slices
  • 1 avocado, thinly sliced

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 230°C. Combine the tomato purée, garlic and oregano. Season with salt and pepper. Spread over the pizza base.
  2. Sprinkle over the mozzarella and pepperoni. Bake for about 8 minutes or until golden and bubbling.
  3. Top with avocado and extra oregano. Season with salt and pepper.
